Bird Soul

"She is a spirit of death, but don´t be afraid, is a soul-liberating, she wanders through the woods looking for little lifeless bodies and free their bird souls to fly forever"

This is my latest work, I´m trying to find a new technique, playing more with textures and brushstrokes. Done in Photoshop CS3 and a Wacom Intuos4, I´ve used a paper texture and some custom brushes. I hope you like it :)

Este es mi último trabajo, estoy tratando de encontrar una nueva técnica y jugar más con texturas y pinceladas. Hecho en Photoshop CS3 con una tabeta gráfica Wacom Intuos4, he usado una textura de papel y varios pinceles customizados. Espero que os guste :)

Hi,

I´d like to play more with textures and brushstrokes in my next illustrations, so this is just an exercise to practice and learn.

Done in Photoshop CS3 wit a wacom Intuos 4, I´ve used a paper texture and some brushes created by me, also I made a vector ornament in freehand for the background.

Hola,

Me gustaría jugar más con las texturas y las pinceladas en mis próximas ilustraciones así que hice este ejercicio para practicar y aprender.

Está realizado en Photoshop CS3 con una tableta gráfica Wacom Intuos 4, he usado una textura de papel estampado y algunos pinceles creados por mí, también he hecho un adorno vectorial en Freehand para el fondo.
